Second contact...

I followed up on the email I sent to the owner because AOL is never reliable any more... A few days later, I got an email from him, saying the home he had for this little dog had fallen through and would he be able to drop her off at adoptions on the upcoming Saturday... 

I said he could bring her to adoptions and then asked for a photo... In my head, that phrase - "play nips" - was still ringing some warning bells in my head, but I kept telling myself she can't be that bad if she tolerates a three year old... The owner responded with:

"Please see her pictures attached.  She is a sweet dog with lots of energy and I think she can learn quite quickly.  She as been around 2 and 3 year olds and even picked up by my 3 year old son and she is gentle and doesn't mind being carried around  She has a ton of energy though and we are not home very often.  I know with some training she will be a fantastic dog for someone.  Let me know where to take her."
